Secretarial & Administration

Our reception staff are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, to carry out a range of personalised secretarial and administrative services. These include:
· Word processing, document preparation and/or design, invoicing, audio-typing, binding and label preparation
· EXCEL spreadsheet preparation, POWERPOINT presentations and ACCESS Database
creation services also available
· Envelopes provided and printed
· Price per letter on typing also available on request.


State of the art digital telecommunications system with analog and ISDN capabilities available in each suite.

· Analogue Circuit (fax/internet port)

· DSL Broadband Connection

Calls can also be carried out on your behalf by our reception staff. All calls are charged at Eircom rates plus 20%. All of our DSL Broadband connections include installation, firewall protection, monitoring and servicing.


All mail is sorted and franked. Same day postage for all items received at reception by 4.30pm.


Couriers can be organised on your behalf for Local, National and International deliveries.


Self service photocopier can be accessed by personalised company user codes, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Cost per page varies depending on monthly usage.


Binding service available from reception.


Self service fax can be accessed by personalised company user codes, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


Black & white and colour printing from disk available at reception.


Sending emails from on your behalf.

Conference Room

Available from 9.00am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Available after 5.30pm by prior arrangement with Business Manager.
· Minimum 2 hour booking for external clients.
· 2 free hours per month for internal clients.
· 24 hour notice period required for cancellation (or 50% cancellation fee applies).
· Flipchart presentation equipment included in cost.
· Conference call facility available.

Refreshments available. Catering for meetings, conferences and receptions can also be provided by prior arrangement with the Business Manager.


Competitive monthly rate (discount available for internal clients) and on-site parking is subject to availability.

Stationery & Office Supplies

Each office is provided with two sets of keys (office & main door). Additional keys can be ordered.

All office stationery and certain sundries can be ordered on your behalf by our reception staff.
